After a valid DMCA claim is submitted, we will remove or disable access to the specified material in accordance with our legal obligations under the DMCA.

Your complaint and contact details may be forwarded to the accused party.

Counter-Notification Procedure

If you think the removal was in error, you're entitled to file a counter-notification that should include:

• What content was removed and where it was;
• Your personal contact information (name, address, phone number, and email);
• A sworn statement that the takedown was a mistake;
• Acceptance of jurisdiction in your district’s federal court or relevant U.S. court;
• A signed declaration, either digital or handwritten.

Once we receive a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the complainant. If they do not file a court action within 7–14 business days, we may reinstate the content in question.
